You are comfortable navigating both strategic discussions and the practical realities of platform operations, support models, governance, reliability and lifecycle management

Strong understanding of platforms, architecture and technology ecosystems across cloud, on‑prem and hybrid environments

Proven experience owning, operating, maintaining and transforming enterprise integration platforms in production environments

Software engineering at scale - API-first design, event-based architecture, API Gateways, and Legacy-to-Cloud strangler patterns

Proven ability to lead and develop high‑performing technical teams and drive organisational change
